Woman, welcome to Women of Sí

Sarah is a women's bodyworker, womb care provider and grief tending practitioner devoted to restoring love and aliveness to women and their bodies.

 

Based in the North of Ireland, Sarah provides in-person hands on care for 1:1 sessions and group retreats. She also offers online grief tending sessions, womb connection sessions and long form containers for women seeking deeper descent into the physical matter of the body.

 

Through attuned touch and presence, Sarah's work connects with the bones, tissues, fascia, ligaments, digestive-uterine body and pelvic bowl. Her offering weaves together bodywork, gentle somatic movement and deeply guided journeying. Her technique is rooted in the authority of the body using restorative, titrated, safe practice to support women through thresholds with integrity and love.
